Each profile forming machine is equipped as standard with a set of profile correction heads and a metric adjustment system for easier operation. The profile rollers, whose contours have been designed using the latest computer-aided design system, are made of high quality tool steel and heat-treated to ensure their durability.

Production of Rollers for Profiling Machines
Virtually every branch of the metallurgical industry cannot do without the right tool for sheet bending in a roller system.
The profile roller is the central element in profile processing. They are interchangeable, allowing a wide range of profile types to be processed on a profile bending machine.
Materials used for profile bending are long, constant-cross-section materials. They are manufactured as open, closed, or solid profiles. Open profiles are flat bars, L-profiles, U-profiles, C-profiles, or I-beams. Closed profiles are round, rectangular, square, or special profiles, all of which are hollow. Solid profiles include, for example, railway rails or round, semi-finished products for turned products.
