Discover a completely different stamping tool design

We design all our stamping tools with functionality in mind. We have patented the fastest punch and die replacement system, which in many cases allows for the replacement of elements without removing the tool from the press.

The punches are mounted in the upper plate where they are tightly fitted, which guarantees their perfect position. The punches are installed and removed by inserting them into the appropriate socket. All punches are pressed down with a pin plate using screws. This method of replacing punches allows you to minimize your production downtime.

Sample Projects

Production of a metal plate for lighting protection systems

The device enables mass production of metal components. The stamping tool is made using four-plate technology , which allows for full control over the sheet metal that is held by the pressure plate along with clamps. The sheet metal is moved by a pneumatic feeder which pushes the sheet metal and ejects the finished part.

The tool for punching longitudinal holes in aluminum profiles

A client approached us with a request to manufacture a cutting die that would speed up the processing of shaped aluminum profiles. We designed and manufactured a tool so that the client could process two types of profiles from two sides on a single machine. By investing in a tool by EVO, the client increased their production efficiency several times.

Production of Clamps for lightning protection systems

A client approached us with a request to manufacture a stamping tool that would allow them to produce components for lightning protection systems in large quantities. We designed and manufactured a four-plate tool due to the client’s high production volume. Punches of this type are characterized by their durable construction and long service life. Since the sheet metal is held by clamps, the punches do not pull the sheet along with them and do not chip.

Window Profile Punching

A tool for making holes in steel window profiles (e.g. for inserts). It is installed on a 26-ton hydraulic press (it can also be used on other machines). 

We manufacture them based on the supplied profile or drawing. The entire production process, from design to testing, takes place at our plant.

Cup Embossing Tool

A tool for making cup-shaped embossings, for example as the base of metal containers. We manufacture the embossing tool based on the supplied cup detail or drawing. The entire production process, from design to testing, takes place at our plant.

Letter Embossing Punch

Punch for embossing letters or any characters based on customer requirements.

Die for Clamp Production

The die is characterized by a very low failure rate in the production environment as well as high efficiency.

We manufacture the stamping tool based on the supplied clamp pattern or drawing. The entire production process, from design to testing, takes place at our plant. The tool is adapted for hydraulic and mechanical presses as well as universal sheares such as Geka or Mumbea.
