Injection Molds by EVO
Injection molds are precision-engineered tools used for the manufacturing of plastic components. In the injection molding process, molten polymer is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. After cooling and solidification, the material assumes the exact geometry of the designed part.
Cooling Channels
The cooling channel system is responsible for the rapid and uniform dissipation of heat from the molded part. Its proper design has a direct impact on cycle time as well as the final part quality.
A well-designed cooling system enables shorter production cycles, minimizes warpage and deformation, and ensures consistent part quality. As a result, the mold operates more stably, and the entire injection molding process becomes more efficient and cost-effective.
